Leaked audio: Obama wanted ISIS to grow

As President Obama reflects on his legacy, a recording of Secretary of State John Kerry conversing with leaders of Syrian opposition groups is casting more light on his approach to ISIS, indicating his administration believed that allowing the Islamic State to grow would serve the White House’s objective of ousting Syrian President Bashar Assad.

The recording was leaked to the New York Times and reported Sept. 30, but the Conservative Tree House blog this week featured portions of Kerry’s statements that were virtually ignored at the time.
Regime change was Obama’s only objective in Syria, Kerry indicates, and the administration not only hoped ISIS would carry out the task, it gave arms to the jihadist army and its allies, confirming WND’s reporting.
Kerry admits the U.S. didn’t calculate that Assad would turn to Russia for help.
The Obama administration’s betrayal is exposed in “See Something, Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government’s Submission to Jihad,” by former DHS officer Philip Haney and WND Editor Art Moore.
“And we know that this was growing, we were watching, we saw that DAESH (ISIS) was growing in strength, and we thought Assad was threatened,” Kerry told the Syrians.
“(We) thought, however,” he continued, “we could probably manage that Assad might then negotiate, but instead of negotiating he got Putin to support him.”
Kerry’s off-record, 40-minute discussion with two dozen Syrians who worked with nongovernmental organizations took place during the U.N. General Assembly.
It confirms WND’s reporting since 2011 of evidence that Clinton’s State Department engineered the clandestine transfer of weapons from Libya to Syria that ended up in the hands of terrorist groups aligned with ISIS and al-Qaida.
The Conservative Tree House noted that in August 2014, President Obama gave a press conference in which he stated he “did not have a strategy” against ISIS. Then two months, later, his chief spokesman, Josh Earnest, stated: “Our ISIS strategy is dependent on something that does not yet exist.”

In May 2015, WND reported evidence that U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens was involved in shipping weapons from Benghazi to support the al-Qaida-affiliated militias fighting the Assad regime, effectively arming the Sunni jihadists who morphed into ISIS.

The Electoral College is the very definition of inclusiveness and diversity

Never try to teach a pigeon to play chess, people say. It wastes your time, annoys the pigeon, and you end up with pigeon crap all over your playing board. By the same token, never try to teach a liberal how a representational Republic works. It wastes your time, annoys the liberal, and you end up with liberals making a mess of your country.
So the following article isn’t meant to educate liberals… that’s impossible. They’re beyond the realm of logic and rationality. Rather, it’s intended to help intelligent people understand why the Electoral College is the very definition of “inclusiveness” and “diversity” in a representational Republic. No wonder the political left hates it so much…

America is not a democracy; it’s a Republic

Listening to leftists whine about why they lost the election is worse than hearing a broken record of Michael Bolton’s top 10 all-time greatest hits. “Hillary won the popular vote!” they scream with feigned righteousness, apparently oblivious to the fact that they live in a representational Republic, not a democracy.
In a democracy — also known as “mob rule” — the majority wins every vote. A democracy, the saying goes, is when two foxes and a hen vote on what’s for dinner. In a pure democracy, a delusional mob can vote to take away the fundamental human rights of minority voters. For example, a liberal majority could vote to criminalize Christianity, and as long as they have the majority vote, they think it’s “democratic” to outlaw whatever views, speech or religious beliefs they don’t like. But in a representational Republic, certain individual rights are guaranteed by law and cannot be taken away by the mob. For example, the right to speak freely and the individual right to own and deploy firearms are both rights that are guaranteed to individuals, regardless of the popular delusions of the manipulated mob.
Another important property of a representational Republic is the Electoral College. It guarantees that, to win the presidential election, a candidate must garner broad support across the many diverse geographic regions and cultures of the United States of America. Winning the Electoral College requires far more than just pandering to the populous delusional mobs of Los Angeles and New York City… it demands that a presidential candidate achieve a high level of diversity and inclusiveness across the nation’s many varied regions.

Without the Electoral College, city-dwelling leftists could just copulate their way to an uninformed majority

Without the Electoral College, the Presidential race would be little more than a popularity contest in California, New York and Texas, with nearly all the rest of the country forgotten. That would obviously be a violation of inclusiveness, diversity and tolerance, wouldn’t it? Under such as “popular vote” system, presidents would win elections by promising ever-increasing handouts to the cities while stripping rights, freedoms and economic prosperity from all the rural Americans who grow the food, work the oil fields and home school their children.
By demanding a dismantling of the Electoral College, what liberals are saying is, “We are intolerant, narrow-minded bigots who seek to rule over everyone else.” They want the only votes that count to be their own votes, and they seek to nullify the votes of rural America. In effect, the liberal approach to winning elections is to simply make more babies and out-populate the rural voters who tend to be far more self-reliant, adaptable and capable than typical city populations. An America run via popular vote instead of the Electoral College might as well just be called Idiocracy.
Technically speaking, the Electoral College means that the votes of city people count less than the votes of rural people, and that’s exactly the way it was intended to be. The reason for this? America’s Founding Fathers fully realized that many people who live in cities tend to be out of touch with reality, living in delusional bubbles built on fantasy rather than the real world. If you let city people run the entire country, they will turn it into a communist, dystopian, totalitarian hell zone (or as they call it, a “gun free zone” with record murders every weekend). Think Venezuela, North Korea or Communist China. That’s where left-leaning city people always tend to push society for the simple reason that they always demand stronger government to control the thoughts and behaviors of the population.

The Electoral College gives extra weight to rural voters by design: It’s called “diversity”

The only way to keep a nation on a path of sustainability that grows organically out of diverse cultures and geographic regions, the Founding Fathers knew, was to give rural voters extra electoral weight to out-leverage the delusional city dwellers who live in protected bubbles (cultural bubbles, economic bubbles, food bubbles, media bubbles, etc.). This is why rural states each get a minimum of three electoral votes, even when their populations are too small to achieve sufficient mathematical proportionality for such votes. In essence, what the Constitution says, quite correctly, is that the masses of delusional city dwellers tend to be far too monolithic and narrow-minded to be trusted with the Republic.
As you’ll notice with California’s insanely idiotic government as it exists today, this observation is grounded in genuine common sense. Guess which state has a $1 trillion shortfall in its pension funds? If you guessed Collapsifornia, you get a gold star. Any person who thinks California’s economic structure for widespread handouts, entitlements and funding for illegal aliens is “sustainable” can’t do basic math.
This is why the path to victory for the presidential race is based on achieving 270 electoral votes, not achieving a raw majority of votes from all the incredibly delusional, brainwashed sheeple of Los Angeles and other populous cities where people can simply fornicate their way to ballot box majorities.

If the Presidency were won based on the popular vote, Donald Trump would have strategically campaigned in California and New York

To the amusement of all intelligent Americans, the delusional left continues to insist that Hillary Clinton “won” the election because she got more raw votes than did Donald Trump. As is obvious to any intelligent person, this is solely because Donald Trump campaigned in lower-population states that offered larger electoral rewards. In other words, Trump campaigned to win, and he followed the rules as they are set out in the U.S. Constitution.
Now that he won the electoral map, delusional cybully leftists want to change the rules of the election after the fact. They ridiculously want to claim the election should have been decided by the “popular vote.” But if Donald Trump had been playing by those rules in the first place, he would have won the popular vote and probably lost the electoral vote. Had that happened, the leftists would be screaming about how we have to honor the Electoral College, you see.
This gets to the core of leftist delusional thinking: Liberals have no rational and consistent foundation for their thinking. They do not operate on any consistent set of rules, ethics or values. They simply invoke or discard whatever rules fit their current agenda, and when they lose by the rules that are in place, they scream and whine and threaten Electoral voters with death threats to try to force them to change their votes. If the rules don’t work for them, they demand the rules be changed. And if you disagree with their demands to change the rules, they call you a racist and a bigot.
This is why the most radical liberals have no legitimate place in a free society. The failed philosophy of liberalism only pushes societies toward totalitarianism and communism. (This is why leftists in the media love Fidel Castro but hate Ted Cruz.) To keep a society free, liberalism must be defeated at every election. It is the single greatest threat to any free society, and we can only thank our Founding Fathers for so thoroughly understanding this dynamic that they encoded into the Constitution a way for intelligent, rugged individuals across America’s heartland to effectively veto the political delusions of clueless liberals who live in artificial concrete jungles called “Los Angeles” which means, hilariously, the city “of angels.”

Hillary Clinton didn’t “win” the popular vote for the simple reason that there was no such contest held

In retrospect, Hillary Clinton didn’t “win the popular vote.” There was no contest held for the popular vote. You can’t “win” something if no such contest ever existed in the first place. The contest was for the support of the vast diversity of American voters whose will is reflected in the Electoral College (at least it should be, if the intolerant left wasn’t death-threating Electoral College voters to change their votes). Donald Trump clearly won that contest fair and square.
There is no debating this point, yet the intolerant crybullies on the left remain in such a state of denial that they still can’t fathom how their masses of city-dwelling sheeple were out-voted by informed rural Americans who actually work for a living rather than existing as economic parasites that feed off a government scheme of trading handouts for votes.
It’s beyond mere delusion, by the way: Many people on the left are so disconnected from reality that their “Trump Derangement Syndrome” can best be described as a mental illness. These bubble-dwellers still think they can overthrow the country by screaming, looting, protesting and making childish demands. They act like five-year-old children, pouting and slapping their palms on the table while screaming for mommy to give them what they want.
And for far too long, these leftist crybullies always got what they demanded by acting like little children. The legitimate election of Donald Trump may be their first event they’ve ever experienced where they didn’t get their way. That’s why they can’t grasp what happened… they’ve been raised as delicate snowflakes by liberal parents who cater to their every whim, thereby psychologically crippling them for life by making sure they were ill-prepared for the real world of adults.

Three important messages for the delusional snowflakes

So let me be blunt to all the snowflakes in the hopes that they will grow up and, perhaps for the first time, learn to face the world as adults. My message is in three parts:
Part 1) You LOST the election fair and square. Deal with it. Act like adults for once and stop whining about everything that doesn’t go your way.
Part 2) You are going to KEEP LOSING elections if you keep acting like little crybabies. It’s amazing that you just chose Nancy Pelosi to stay in power and run the losing democratic party, which is already retreating to the fringes of society. It just proves you are still so delusional about reality that you think you can keep invoking the same losing strategies over and over again… while hoping that somehow a different outcome will magically appear. Keep it up, and you’ll lose about 15 more Senate seats in 2018, which will give Trump a super majority in the Senate. Soon, Republicans might even have enough nationwide political power to hold a Constitutional Convention and alter the U.S. Constitution with new protections for religious expression, individual firearms rights, term limits and mandatory balanced budgets.
Part 3) If you try to stage a mass uprising coup to try to take over the country and install your communist leaders in Washington, there are a few hundred thousand U.S. Marines and other armed services soldiers who will defend the Republic using kinetic engagement. If you leftists really think you can overpower the US Marines, D.C. police and all the armed Second Amendment patriots across America, you’re only displaying yet more delusional thinking.

Leftists are the most intolerant, bigoted, narrow-minded people of all

Truth be told, it’s the leftists who are the bigots in America. They demonstrate extreme intolerance for all people and ideas that don’t obediently conform to their delusional demands. Just look at the way they’re acting after this election loss, demanding theatrical recounts, ridiculously blaming the Russians for the Trump win (without a shred of evidence to back it up) and even stating they will all refuse to pay federal taxes now because Hillary Clinton didn’t win. (Funny. Leftists still think income taxes fund the government. This just shows how incredibly stupid they really are.)
If you want to find an intolerant, bigoted, narrow-minded racist, just search out your local Black Lives Matter community organizer. Or find a white college professor who hates white people. Or heck, just look toward the White House and recognize the bigoted race baiter who currently resides there as America’s first (and last) “black President.”
If you want to pinpoint where diversity has been scrubbed out of existence, just visit any college campus where Milo Yiannopoulos has been banned (or maliciously attacked). Check out the campus “safe spaces” at Mizzou, where crybully leftists demand uniformity of thought under the absurd label of “inclusiveness.” The hypocrisy is so thick, you can get stuck it in up to your knees just walking across campus…

Leftists are incapable of seeing how they embody all the horrible traits they condemn in others

The most astonishing characteristic of the left, you see, is that they are incapable of realizing how they exhibit every attribute they claim to despise.
Leftists claim to despise “intolerance,” so they become intolerant of those who aren’t like them.
They claim to despise a “lack of diversity,” so they demand everyone act just like they do.
They claim to be “compassionate” and operate based on “inclusiveness,” so they attack their political opponents with extreme hatred, violence and death threats.
They claim to exercise “free speech” during their own violent protests where they burn the American flag, but they can’t tolerate the free speech of someone peacefully displaying a Confederate flag.
Leftists, it turns out, are self-loathing, delusional creatures suffocating in their own mental illness. Deep down, they realize that they embody all the traits they hate, so at some level of their warped psyche, they truly seek self-destruction in order to terminate their own self-hatred. (This is only reinforced in white liberals who are taught self-loathing propaganda by colleges and universities that teach them “whiteness” is, by definition, a state of racism.)

This is why leftists stupidly think they might succeed in a communist uprising on January 20

Finally, the upshot of all this is that self-loathing, delusional leftists are more than willing to sacrifice their lives in a mass uprising that they think might achieve their goal of taking over the nation’s capitol on January 20, 2017. You must understand that leftists don’t think rationally. They do not realize their odds of success through such an uprising are near zero. Thus, they are just stupid enough to try it anyway, and they truly don’t mind dying in the process, since they hate themselves anyway.
This is why all Americans must be on what I call a “Second Amendment alert” for January 20, 2017. That’s the day the globalists, working in collusion with the radical left, are planning a series of false flags, assassination attempts and a popular uprising in Washington D.C.
All true Americans need to be ready to defend your Republic on January 20. Do not initiate violence of any kind, but be ready to support law enforcement in their response against radical, irrational, suicidal leftists who decide to throw themselves at the Capitol building like mindless zombies.
Be ready for anything that day. There is nothing the radical left won’t try, including bombing government buildings, inciting violence while posing as Trump supporters, staging false “crisis actor” events for CNN’s cameras, deploying chemical weapons, dirty bombs and so on. The left has reached the point of complete madness, and that makes them temporarily very dangerous to public safety.
You may be called upon to help support the efforts of law enforcement, the National Guard and possibly even the U.S. Marines to stop a mad leftist coup attempt in our nation’s capitol. This is the right time, brothers and sisters, to support all the “Bikers for Trump” who are going to be at the event, ready to do what is necessary to defend the Republic and defend the integrity of this election.

CNN Journalist says ‘Governments Pay Us To Fake Stories’

Amber Lyon, a three-time Emmy award winning journalist, said that CNN is routinely paid by the US government and foreign governments to selectively report on certain events.

ISIS has become known for its depraved attacks on Christians and other people of other faiths in the Middle East that include sexual assault, crucifixion, beheading and even the killing of children by sword or gun.
But a new report reveals that the Muslim organization marching across Iraq and Syria, claiming territory and portraying itself as a caliphate of Islam, has descended even further.
To the level of booby-trapping and exploding an infant.
The report comes from the website of former Palestinian terrorist-turned Christian Walid Shoebat.
Shoebat on Monday cited Arabic language news sources in the Middle East reporting that in Iraq, Diyala Province Security Committee Chairman Sadiq el-Husseini said, according to Al-Sumeriah News, that ISIS “booby trapped the baby north of Shirqat in the Saladin Province and then in front of tens of armed ISIS men detonated it from afar.”
The report, according to Shoebat, added that the baby’s father was executed just weeks ago for participating in the killing of an ISIS member.
Shoebat said the baby was then rigged and then detonated as part of a training exercise by ISIS to teach its fighters booby-trapping techniques.

Congressman slams Obama's Syrian refugee program

A Texas congressman who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee is calling on President Obama to abandon his plan to resettle thousands of Syrians displaced by that country’s civil war, saying the plan is “very dangerous” for America’s security.
The problem is that ISIS has already said it will infiltrate the ranks of the refugees being sent by the United Nations to various Western countries, said Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas.
McCaul wrote a letter to President Obama Thursday expressing concerns over the administration’s announced plans to resettle some 2,000 Syrian refugees in the United States this year. Another 10,000 to 11,000 are in the U.N. pipeline destined for America.

Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, wrote President Obama warning that the Syrian refugee program could become a ‘back door for jihadists” to enter the U.S.

“Terrorists have made known their plans to attempt to exploit refugee programs to sneak terrorists into the West and the U.S. homeland,” read a statement released by McCaul’s committee Monday. “Chairman McCaul’s letter points out the potential national security threat this poses to the United States.”
In fact, it is already happening.
The police security service in Norway, which recently accepted 1,000 Syrian refugees from the U.N., found that between five and 10 had ties to Islamic terrorist groups such as ISIS and the al-Nusra Front, a Norwegian newspaper reported.
The U.N. and the nine private resettlement agencies that contract with the U.S. government have been lobbying for the U.S. to up the ante and take in at least 65,000 Syrians by the end of Obama’s term in 2016. They have criticized the U.S. for not acting quicker to absorb greater numbers of Syrians displaced by four years of civil war.
Countering the ‘Jihad Caucus’ in Senate
Also, 14 Democratic senators led by Richard Durbin of Illinois, Diane Feinstein of California and Al Franken of Minnesota wrote a letter last month asking Obama to “dramatically increase” the number of Syrian refugees allowed into the U.S., sticking with the 65,000 number recommended by the resettlement lobby. This act earned the 14 Democrats the title of “Jihad Caucus” by Refugee Resettlement Watch blogger Ann Corcoran.
But McCaul’s Homeland Security Committee has been pushing for more caution, not less. His latest letter to Obama states:

“Simply put, we cannot screen against derogatory information we do not have. My committee and I have been sounding the alarm for months. I am deeply disappointed that your Administration failed to fully respond in a timely manner to our concrete requests on this important national security issue, including our February 19, 2015, letter from the Committee. …”
“Our outstanding questions have taken on greater urgency after ISIS demonstrated its ability to infiltrate and seize refugee camps in Syria earlier last month. I respectfully request that your Administration provide Members of the Committee of Homeland Security with a classified interagency briefing on these issues and a set of written responses from the Department of State and the FBI to the initial questions in February no later than July 7, 2015.”

'Big 4' firm let Clintons skim millions from AIDS charity'

NEW YORK – The “Big Four” accounting firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers failed to detect and report the Clinton Foundation’s “apparent massive diversions of funds” from a global charity that fights HIV/AIDS, according to respected Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel.
As WND reported Tuesday, Ortel has concluded after a thorough investigation of the Clinton Foundation’s financial records that Pricewaterhouse Coopers, or PWC, bears civil and possibly criminal liabilities, either intentionally or through negligence, for participating in financial fraud by generating audit financial statements riddled with errors and misstatements.

Ortel, managing director of Newport Value Partners LLC, contends PWC, which began auditing the Clinton Foundation in 2013, allowed the Clintons to continue diverting millions of dollars donated for charitable purposes to the personal enrichment and benefit of themselves and their close associates, a crime called inurement.
Ortel says the Clintons siphoned tens of millions of dollars annually from funds received by the Clinton Foundation’s Clinton Health Access Initiative from UNITAID, a global health initiative to fight HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis that is financed mostly by a levy on airline tickets. UNITAID, which negotiates low prices for drugs and diagnostics, implements its work through groups like the Clinton Health Access Initiative, also known as CHAI.

Ortel bases his conclusions on financial information drawn directly from UNITAID sources compared to reports by the Clinton Foundation that were validated in the PWC audit for 2013.
He contends PWC failed to conduct the basic due diligence required of auditors, neglecting to discover and report the diversion of funds. The Clintons purportedly used their international prestige to “leverage” international manufacturers of prescription quality drugs and various health care products and sell them to Third-World countries at a discount price to combat AIDS/HIV.
PricewaterhouseCoopers has not replied to numerous requests from WND, by email and by telephone, to comment. Ortel also asked PWC a number of questions based on his investigation and has received no reply.

UNITAID was formed in 2006 by a group of governments, led by France, the United Kingdom and Norway.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has heavily supported UNITAID, providing 3.2 percent of all contributions from 2006-2012, according to the UNITAID website.
Ortel notes that in UNITAID’s financial statements, the Clinton Foundation and CHAI are described as “implementers”–essential organizations that help ensure health products reach intended beneficiaries.
As WND previously reported, Ortel has claimed the Clintons used their tax-exempt foundation to conduct a “reverse Robin Hood,” robbing the average air traveler to benefit themselves at the expense of AIDS/HIV treatment.
The levy imposed on airline tickets by the French government alone over six years, according to records published by the French Civil Aviation Authority, is more than $1 billion.
“The air ticket levy, a predictable and robust source of revenue, contributes to the fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, diseases that cause more than 4 million deaths every year,” UNITAID said in January 2013.
Discrepancy
Ortel constructed the table below comparing the amount UNITAID reported contributing to the Clinton Foundation in 2013 with the amounts the Clinton Foundation receipts reported from UNITAID on IRS Form 990 reports for 2006 through 2010:

The amount shown as a UNITAID disbursement to the Clinton Foundation in 2006 is derived from a UNITAID Board Resolution, dated Nov. 29-30, 2006, which indicates UNITAID may have disbursed $9.1 million toward the Clinton Foundation on Dec. 1, 2006.
Except for 2010, all amounts received by the Clinton Foundation from UNIAID are estimates, Ortel pointed out, as the Clinton Foundation does not specifically identify donors in information it has submitted in the public domain. For 2011 through 2013, amounts shown are taken from audits conducted by Mayer Hoffman McCann, PC, a U.S.-based firm with limited international capabilities, of what Ortel calls “New CHAI.”
The Clinton Foundation has explained that when Hillary Clinton joined the Obama Cabinet, the foundation closed the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc., known also as CHAI, which had been operating as a program of the Clinton Health Foundation. CHAI was then reopened it as a separate organization responsible for filing its own financial disclosures.
Ortel points to what he sees as inaccurate accounting for a substantial outflow to the Clinton Foundation from UNITAID of $21,609,400 and a related outflow to the Clinton Foundation of $28,647, 779. He says it is clearly part “of a long-standing illegal practice dating to 2006, when substantial sums were diverted by persons unknown and for reasons unknown from amounts UNITAID documents were disbursed into the care of the Clinton Foundation.”
The key problem, Ortel says, is that financial results for New CHAI, as reported in Clinton Foundation consolidated financial statements, were never properly verified by any of the Clinton Foundation auditors, BKD, MHM and PWC.
“There is no evidence PWC, or any other Clinton Foundation auditor back to 2006, ever bothered to check actual disbursement of funds from UNITAID to determine how the funds were transferred to and deposited at the Clinton Foundation, or even to reconcile Clinton Foundation receipts from UNITAID as reported in Clinton Foundation IRS Form 990 tax filings with audited annual financial statements reported by UNITAID,” Ortel stressed.
Ortel has not yet received a response he posed to PWC via email noting that BKD was replaced as auditor for CHAI in connection with the 2012 audit for CHAI. The replacement auditor, MHM, subsequently determined that the accounting regarding UNITAID had been incorrectly stated during 2012. By May 2013, the Clinton Foundation restated receipts from UNITAID as agency transactions for 2011 and 2012.
“The general public that is so supportive of tax-exempt organizations and of the Clinton Foundation, in particular, relies upon auditors such as PWC to do required homework,” Ortel notes.
“What evidence did PWC auditors review and how thoroughly did they investigate?” Ortel asks. “Did PWC examine as board minutes, bank statement records and audit work papers of the accounting firms BKD and MHM that ‘audited’ the Clinton Foundation results from 31 December 2003 forward?”
Ortel says one can only conclude “comparing PWC work product to information now in the public domain – including the discrepancies between 2006 and 2013 in the amounts UNITAID claims to have paid CHAI and what the Clinton Foundation claims to have received – that PWC is guilty of gross misconduct issuing its ‘audit’ of Clinton Foundation financial results for 2013.”
Implementer
Separately, Ortel has reported that unlike BKD, MHM concluded by May 23, 2013, that CHAI had been acting all along only as an agent in performing work in conjunction with UNITAID.
As a consequence, CHAI’s consolidated revenues and expenses were much smaller than originally reported in BKD’s 2011 audit.
For 2011, BKD’s audit (completed June 27, 2012, but listed as having been updated Nov. 22, 2013) confirmed consolidated revenues of $171.3 million for CHAI, consolidated program costs of $164.5 million, consolidated total costs of $172.7 million, and a consolidated decrease in net assets of $1.4 million.
MHM explained in its report how it understood CHAI was performing work with UNITAID: “CHAI acts as an agent acting on behalf of UNITAID overseeing the various business aspects of enabling the efficient and effective administration of the program. As an agent, CHAI does not record revenue or expenses associated with UNITAID funds.”
So, in contrast to BKD, when MHM looked at CHAI’s 2011 results, it confirmed that revenues were 61.7 percent lower at $65.6 million, program costs were 64.2 percent lower at $58.9 million, total costs were 61.2 percent lower at $67 million and there was an identical decline in net assets of $1.4 million.
The Clinton Foundation’s role as an “implementer” in the UNITAID program suggests CHAI acts primarily as an intermediary, finding and negotiating with discount drug companies to connect with UNITAID. But the funds UNITAID pays to CHAI are not allocated by UNITAID to include payment for the discount drugs.
With this complex UNITAID history, Ortel asks: “How much work did the PWC audit team perform to investigate the long pattern of misconduct that is apparent conducting an elementary comparison of amounts UNITAID claims, in publicly available filings, that it disbursed to the Clinton Foundation, with amounts revealed in Clinton Foundation IRS Forms 990 concerning its significant donors from 2006 through 2013?”
Ortel concluded: “PWC did not uncover and reveal the apparent, massive diversions of funds donated by UNITAID toward the Clinton Foundation between 2006 and 2013.”
Ortel also pointed out consistent UNITAID claims that the organization donated to “Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS” or CHAI are problematic. He explained it is unclear such an entity was constituted properly under applicable U.S. laws or that CHAI ever obtained an IRS determination letter authorizing the foundation to accept tax-exempt donations to combat HIV/AIDS globally.

Islamic preacher: ISIS beheads 'to save American lives'

The Islamic State’s bloody campaign of public beheadings is actually intended to save American lives, Britain’s most notorious Islamic cleric declared in a radio interview Sunday.

“One of the primary reasons why you see what you are seeing on your own television and Internet is to try to end the war quickly,” stated radical preacher Anjem Choudary when asked to justify the ISIS beheadings.
“This kind of terrorizing and horrifying the enemy is saying to them, ‘Look don’t engage with them. Stay away.’ This is supposed to be something which drives the enemy away and therefore saves many lives.”
Choudary was speaking on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s AM 970 The Answer, audio of which was obtained in advance by WND.
Choudary, founder of the banned terrorist supporting group Al Muhajiroun, attempted to use the Quran to justify the ISIS beheadings, which until now include the public executions of two American journalists as well as one American and two British aid workers.
On Friday it was reported ISIS beheaded four Christian children in Iraq for refusing to denounce Jesus and convert to Islam, according to the leader of the Anglican church in Baghdad.
Speaking to Klein, Choudary quoted chapter 8 verse 60 of the Quran, which states:
“And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allah knows. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged.”
Choudary continued: “I mean, you may see in Somalia with the film ‘Black Hawk Down’ that the Americans withdrew because they could not tolerate what was taking place to their own soldiers.
“And you now however gruesome it may seem, you know, the propaganda element and the kind of terrorizing effect of this cannot be denied … it is intended to have that effect. To say, ‘Look don’t come to the area.’”
Choudary praised France, Italy and Turkey for engaging in hostage exchanges.
“And yet,” he added, “the Americans and British refused and obviously you can see the consequences of that.”

Klayman explained it is based “on the grounds that he has falsified various birth and other documents with regard to obtaining a U.S. passport and other privileges as an alleged American citizen.”
“It is clear, based on a mountain of evidence as set forth in and attached to the petition, that the president and his agents have falsified documents, such as his birth certificate and Social Security number, to qualify for the privileges of American citizenship such that his citizenship, which is based on false pretenses, must be nullified,” Klayman said.
“As set forth in the petition, this includes but is not limited to the fraudulent production of a computer-generated facsimile of an official state of Hawaiian birth certificate. Even if a legitimate birth certificate exists, Obama’s repeated use of a clearly forged birth certificate is still a crime and in violation of the law,” he said.

Millions in CIA "ghost money" paid to Afghanistan president's office: NYT

(Reuters) - Tens of millions of U.S. dollars in cash were delivered by the CIA in suitcases, backpacks and plastic shopping bags to the office of Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai for more than a decade, the New York Times says, citing current and former advisers to the Afghan leader.

The so-called "ghost money" was meant to buy influence for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) but instead fuelled corruption and empowered warlords, undermining Washington's exit strategy from Afghanistan, the newspaper quoted U.S. officials as saying.
"The biggest source of corruption in Afghanistan", one American official said, "was the United States."
The CIA declined to comment on the report and the U.S. State Department did not immediately comment. The New York Times did not publish any comment from Karzai or his office.
"We called it 'ghost money'," Khalil Roman, who served as Karzai's chief of staff from 2002 until 2005, told the New York Times. "It came in secret and it left in secret."
There was no evidence that Karzai personally received any of the money, Afghan officials told the newspaper. The cash was handled by his National Security Council, it added.
In response to the report, Karzai told reporters in Helsinki after a meeting with Finnish leaders that the office of the National Security Council had been receiving support from the U.S. government for the past 10 years. He said the amounts had been "not big" and the funds were used for various purposes including assistance for the wounded.

Deadly levels of radiation found in food 225 miles from Fukushima: Media blackout on nuclear fallout continues

(NaturalNews) New data released by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) shows once again that the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster is far from over. Despite a complete media blackout on the current situation, levels of Cesium-137 (Cs-137) and Cesium-134 (Cs-134) found in produce and rice crackers located roughly 225 miles away from Fukushima are high enough to cause residents to exceed the annual radiation exposure limit in just a few months, or even weeks.

According to Fukushima-Diary.com, which posts up-to-date information about the Fukushima disaster, rice crackers and tangerines produced in the Shizuoka prefecture are testing high for both Cs-137 and Cs-134. Rice crackers, according to the data sheet, tested at 3.7 Becquerels per kilogram (Bq/Kg) of Cs-137, while tangerines tested at 1.46 Bq/Kg of Cs-134 and 3.14 Bq/Kg of Cs-137.

The Shizuoka prefecture is located about 80 miles southwest of Tokyo, which is highly concerning as it is actually farther away from Fukushima than Tokyo. This suggest that potentially deadly levels of radiation are still affecting large population centers across Japan, including those that are not even in close proximity to the Fukushima plant.

It is generally regarded that adult radiation workers should be exposed to no more than 50 millisieverts (mSv) of radiation per year in order to avoid serious health consequences. For children, this number is far lower, probably somewhere around 10 mSv, with this being on the high end. But the average adult and child eating these tainted foods at their current radiation levels will not only reach but exceed the safe maximum in just a few weeks.

Judge blasts White House orders to assassinate U.S. citizens

Unfortunately for the American people in all of these events is their not being allowed to know about any of them due to their “mainstream” media not telling them, a point brought up in an article today detailing how in the past two weeks they have been subjected to nearly 120 stories about the sex life of Presidential contender Herman Cain while at the same time: 1.) Only 3 major networks covered Obama’s sending US troops in Uganda. 2.) Only 1 major news network covered the scandal of the Obama regime sending guns to Mexico’s gun cartels. 3.) No major network covered the 8^th largest bankruptcy in US history of MF Global whose CEO was top Obama advisor, and former Goldman Sachs CEO, and former Democratic Governor of New Jersey John Corizine. 4.) No major network has covered the Solyndra scandal that allowed $500 million in US taxpayer money to be swindled away by Obama regime cronies.
And in, perhaps, the most egregious example of how far “mainstream” journalism has fallen in the US was the ABC Television News Network morning show host George Stephanopoulos attacking Herman Cain over the sex allegation made against him…the “same” George Stephanopoulos who when he was a top aide of President Bill Clinton praised the “mainstream” media for keeping what they knew secret from the American people…and in his own words on page 267 of his autobiography “All Too Human,” “Most important, I wanted to keep reports of Paula [Jones'] press conference off television ... It wasn't a hard sell.”
In a country whose President, a former professor of constitutional law nonetheless, can take an oath to uphold the Constitution and then spend every waking moment trying to dig its grave, and who is now warned has become prosecutor, judge and jury in the targeted killings of any American citizen he so chooses, one can see clearing why China is now seeking to protect its vast oil wealth in the South China Sea and why Putin has called for a Eurasian Union to protect Russia’s energy future.
What remains to be seen is if Obama and the powerful Western bankers backing him can succeed in their plans to take over the entire world without plunging us all into total war…history says that they can’t…time will surely tell.
