The ongoing debate over whether or not vaccines cause autism would
probably take on an entirely different tone if key information that has
been mostly censored from the public was fully brought to light. Hidden
documents that have been locked away for more than two decades reveal
that the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella does cause autism, and regulators, drug executives and various others have known about this for a long time.
A
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed in the UK has forced
the Department of Health to release confidential documents outlining the
details of MMR's initial approval back in the 1980s. These documents
reveal that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the manufacturer of the MMR vaccine
Pluserix, knew that there were problems with the vaccine causing a high
rate of adverse events in children. Among these were encephalitis and
other conditions associated with autism.
Concerned that the
British government was withholding information about MMR's dangers from
the public, the FOIA request was filed in response to the growing number
of vaccinated children who were coming down with debilitating gut
problems, brain damage and other symptoms believed to be associated with
MMR. As it turns out, these suspicions are now validated.

Full Fat Dairy May Reduce Your Risk of Diabetes and Other Health Problems
- Most mainstream dietary advice recommends low-fat or non-fat dairy. But a growing number of experts argue that it’s far healthier to eat and drink whole, full-fat dairy products
- Recent research found that those who ate eight portions of full-fat dairy products a day cut their risk of diabetes by nearly 25 percent, compared to those who ate fewer portions
- A previous study proposed that it’s the palmitoleic acid, which occurs naturally in full-fat dairy products, that protects against insulin resistance and diabetes
- Previous studies have also shown that consuming full-fat dairy may help reduce your risk of cancer, weight gain, and heart disease
- Research also backs up the suggestion that butter is a health food. Fat levels in your blood are actually lower after eating a meal rich in butter than after eating one rich in olive oil, canola oil, or flaxseed oil
- Read more: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2014/09/29/full-fat-dairy-products.aspx?e_cid=20140929Z1_DNL_art_1&utm_source=dnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20140929Z1&et_cid=DM56874&et_rid=674751053
The Truth About U.S. Government Interests
The latest trendy attack on anyone who can think for themselves is to
label them "anti-government." This derogatory slur, strewn around by the
same people who once used the term "conspiracy theorist" to try to
demean investigative journalists, is the domain of the intellectually
lazy who are, themselves, ignorant of the origins, structure and history
of government.
Over two centuries ago, people like Thomas Jefferson and George Washington were not merely called "anti-government" by the British; they were called traitors and treasonous criminals. And yet Jefferson and Washington were clearly pro-government because they were instrumental in establishing an entirely new government -- one based on respecting individual liberties and rights, where citizens held power over a government which existed solely to serve the interests of the citizens (and protect their rights).
Jefferson and Washington never could have imagined a day when a person exercising free speech -- the First Amendment -- would be denigrated as "anti-government" for criticizing the operations or policies of the current administration running the government. Criticism of government is not "anti-government." It is, in fact, the patriotic duty of every American citizen -- to keep government honest, to call for improvement in its operation and to eliminate it where it produces only waste instead of results.

Kidney stones - natural remedies, prevention, and what really causes them
More than 12% of men and about 7% of women will have to deal with kidney
stones at some point in their lives. Once you have suffered through
them, statistics say you're more likely to have them again. Statistics
say they've got an 80% chance of recurrence.
Kidney stones have a tendency to open people's minds to natural medicine.
Conventional doctors will tell us that common causes include too much calcium, too many vitamin supplements, too much animal protein, and genetics.
Genetics can lead to a predisposition to kidney stones, but learned behavior (diet) within the family is the reason the stones run in families. Some drugs, cheap supplements, soda, factory farmed animal products, table salt, tap water, and an acidic diet can all lead to the formation of kidney stones.
A diet of fresh, unrefined, whole foods prevents kidney stones.

Crazy Feminist Mom Angry That Teacher Won't Serve Her Vagina Cookies to 2nd Graders
In an installment of Dear Reddit, TIFU (Today, I F&*ked Up)
, a teacher describes how a mother brought cookies decorated to look
like vaginas* into her second grade class and said, "I decided you can
use these to teach the kids about the woman's vagina today."
When
the teacher saw the assortment of frosted vaginas and realized this was
no joke, she told the mother she could not serve the cookies because
they were inappropriate. The mother flew into a rage, screaming that the
teacher should be proud of her vagina. The poor teacher just stood
there:
Utterly bemused and frozen from shock all I can do is stand and stare at the woman as the word 'vagina' is yelled in front of my second grade class about 987,000 times.Screaming at the teacher about vaginal pride in front of 7-year-olds wasn't enough for this mother. Later in the day, she sent these emails to the teacher:
Gun Owner A Hero After Shooting Islamist Fanatic Who Beheads Coworker
Police are investigating the beheading
of a woman at an Oklahoma company by a Muslim man who had been trying to
convert co-workers to Islam after recently converting himself, according to a local TV news report.
Police in Moore, Oklahoma, said Thursday the suspect, Alton Nolen, who had been fired from his job at a food processing plant, attacked a woman with a knife and beheaded her, KFOR-TV in Oklahoma City reported. He then attacked another employee and was stopped when he was shot and wounded by the company owner.
According to a local newspaper, the McCurtain Gazette, “a close family member” said Nolen had been telling co-workers about an “Islamic teaching that said women should be stoned for an offense,” and an argument ensued, after which Nolen was reportedly fired.
Moore Police Sgt. Jeremy Lewis said the 30-year-old suspect “stabbed Colleen Hufford, 54, severing her head.”
Mark Vaughan, a former CEO of the business, was being praised for shooting the suspect after the man allegedly attacked the second worker, Traci Johnson, 43, with the same knife.
According to an AP report, Lewis said Vaughn was “a hero in this situation.”
“It could have gotten a lot worse.”
The attack “has been described as an incident of workplace violence,” NewsOK.com reported.

EPA knew pesticides were killing honeybees in the 1970s but punished those who spoke out
For decades, top officials at the Environmental Protection Agency (PEA)
were aware that a compound approved for agricultural use in the United
States was wiping out the honeybee population, but they chose to ignore
the compound's effects in deference to pressure from agri-giant
corporations.
Worse, the agency reacted harshly to anyone within the EPA who attempted to bring the issue to light, including through firings, forced reassignments and other actions.
According to a scholarly 2014 study [PDF] compiled by researcher Rosemary Mason, "on behalf of a global network of independent scientists, beekeepers and environmentalists," and published on the website of MIT, "We have found historical and chronological evidence to show that the herbicide glyphosate (or other herbicides that are used as alternatives) is responsible for the transformation of garden escapes into super-weeds (in the UK these are termed 'invasive species')."
Further, Mason and her team noted that glyphosate -- the primary substance found in Monsanto's Roundup herbicide -- was introduced in Europe in 1974 "and became a global best-selling herbicide because the public was told by industry and the regulators that it was 'safe.'"
The results have been disastrous. For one, the heavy use of glyphosate has led to the rise of so-called "superweeds" that are resistant to the herbicide. But there is another compound that was approved by the EPA -- over the objections of scientists -- that has had a devastating effect on the nation's honeybee population: clothianidin, which is used for seed treatment on corn and canola, by Bayer.

PR Firm Pulls ‘Emma Watson Naked Pics’ False Flag to Push For Internet Censorship
A PR firm has admitted to carrying out an online false
flag against the 4chan forum in which it blamed the website for a threat
to release naked pictures of actress Emma Watson as part of an appeal
to President Barack Obama to censor the Internet.
Rantic Marketing, a public relations company that has
worked with the likes of McDonalds and Rockstar Games, was outed as
being behind a website called EmmaYouAreNext.com which threatened to
release nude pictures of Watson in retaliation for her recent speech
about feminism in front of the United Nations.
However, the website misrepresented itself as being the
work of 4chan users, prompting a wave of articles in the media which
blamed users of the forum for the threat leveled against the actress.
“The threat went viral in the few days since it emerged,
receiving substantial media coverage, most of which seemed to wrongly
blame 4Chan for the threat,” writes John McCarthy.
When it was revealed
that EmmaYouAreNext.com was being hosted on the same server as
Rantic.com and FoxWeekly.com, an outlet that blamed 4chan for the
threat, the PR firm was forced to admit it was behind the stunt.
The website now forwards to Rantic.com, which features a
letter addressed to President Barack Obama demanding that 4chan be shut
down as a result of previous leaks of nude pictures of celebrities.
“The internet NEEDS to be censored,” states the letter.
The company says it was “hired by celebrity publicists”
to carry out the stunt. In one tweet which was later deleted, Rantic
referred to 4chan as a “terrorist group.”
FBI Data Shows No One Killed at Sandy Hook
Recently released FBI crime statistics curiously show that no murders occurred in Newtown, Connecticut, in 2012, despite reports that numerous schoolchildren and faculty members were slaughtered during a shooting rampage in December of that year.
On December 14, 2012, the world watched in horror as the corporate media reported the deaths of 20 students and 6 staff members at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown at the hands of a deranged 20-year-old.Internet sleuths immediately took to the web to stitch together clues indicating the shooting could be a carefully-scripted false flag event, similar to the 9/11 terror attacks, the central tenet being that the event would be used to galvanize future support for gun control legislation. Two years later, and scores of politicians and gun control groups have cited the Sandy Hook incident as a pretext to curtail Americans’ Second Amendment rights.

Experimental GMO Drug-Making Crops Grown with Little Oversight
- GM "pharmaceutical" corn that is being used in an experimental trial for hepatitis B vaccine is being grown in an environmentally sensitive area along California’s central coast, just 100 feet from a critical habitat for threatened wildlife species
- The USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), which is tasked with overseeing GMO trials, takes a decidedly "industry-friendly" approach
- APHIS has allowed Applied Biotechnology to continue with GM field trials despite violations and even though its founder had previously founded another biotech company that has been banned from GMO trials because of prior contaminations
- Monsanto alone, which conducted about one-quarter of the field trials in the US, has received 35 notices of non-compliance from 2010 to 2013
- Scotts is even testing GM grass seed in the family lawns of its employees

Making Bone Broth a Staple in Your Diet May Be the Key to Improving Your Health
- Eating a high-quality, nutrient-dense diet is one of the most powerful ways to maintain health and prevent disease. Your gut in particular needs proper nourishment in order to allow your health to really flourish
- The GAPS diet is often used to treat children with autism and other disorders rooted in gut dysfunction, but just about anyone with allergies or less than optimal gut health can benefit from it
- A new cookbook called The Heal Your Gut Cookbook: Nutrient-Dense Recipes for Intestinal Health Using the GAPS Diet provides about 200 nutrient-dense recipes to help heal gut-related diseases
- The GAPS diet starts out as an elimination diet, which means taking out all inflammatory foods. This includes high-fiber foods, processed foods, and anything that is going to be difficult to digest
- Bone broth is a staple of the GAPS diet. Not only is it easily digested, it also contains profound immune-optimizing components that are foundational building blocks for the treatment of autoimmune diseases

Doctors: 'Irresponsible' to send troops to 'combat' Ebola
A real-life horror story is playing out
in Africa as Ebola spreads, and President Obama’s decision to send
3,000 troops to Liberia to combat the virus could very well put
Americans at risk of contracting the deadly illness at home, some health
experts say.
According to the World Health Organization, at least 4,985 people have contracted Ebola and at least 2,461 have died. Several doctors have fallen ill with Ebola, and two of them have died. New reports indicate a Doctors Without Borders staff member has contracted the virus in Liberia and will be evacuated to France for treatment.
“You can see that these doctors, who are highly trained people, got themselves infected,” said Dr. Lee Hieb, former president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. “So sending troops into an area, if they’re dealing one-on-one with a patient, they’re not going to be able to protect themselves very well. It’s not easy to [prevent transmission], because you get tired and you get careless and you make some simple mistakes. All it takes is one virus particle.”
Dr. Hieb said quarantine measures should be taken to control the outbreak and prevent Ebola from coming to America.
“You don’t get Ebola from Europe,” she told WND. “You get Ebola from Africa. And it’s a really simple formula: Don’t let people fly to America if they’ve been to areas where there’s an outbreak. When there’s an outbreak, stop air [traffic] flow.”
Hieb added, “If they’re going to use the troops to do population control, which is one of the ways you contain it, basically you just don’t let anybody out. You’d make a ring around where it is, and you’d quarantine the area.”

Top 5 plant based foods that improve your digestion
Digestive health could easily be touted as one of the most important
aspects of your health. Unfortunately, our digestive systems have been
compromised due to a highly refined and nutrient deficient food supply,
various toxins, and stress. The good news is that digestive balance can
be restored by eliminating gut menacing habits and introducing these
foods to significantly aid in the digestive process.
Consuming apple cider vinegar will introduce beneficial enzymes, probiotics, and amino acids into your diet that will improve digestion, relieve heartburn, stimulate the lymphatic system, help get rid of Candida, and help strengthen the immune system.
Apple cider vinegar will also help strengthen the pH of your stomach acid, a key component in the digestive process. In fact, weakened stomach acid along with a lack of enzymes and probiotics are incriminating factors for acid reflux and heartburn. Fortunately, apple cider vinegar can help remedy all of these conditions.

Why the Use of Glyphosate in Wheat Has Radically Increased Celiac Disease
- Even though wheat is not a GMO crop, glyphosate is widely used to harvest it and it is typically heavily contaminated with glyphosate
- Glyphosate exposure appears to be strongly correlated with the rise in celiac disease
- Glyphosate has been shown to severely damage your gut flora and cause chronic diseases rooted in gut dysfunction
- The use of glyphosate on wheat crops has risen in tandem with the rise in celiac disease. In fact, it correlates to a greater degree than glyphosate usage on corn and soy

ADHD Linked to Prenatal Antidepressant Use
- More than one in 10 Americans take an antidepressant, and that number jumps to one in four among women aged 50 to 64
- A study in the January 2010 issue of JAMA concluded that antidepressants such as Prozac, Paxil, and Zoloft don’t have any benefit to people with mild to moderate depression (the group to which they’re most often prescribed
- The notion that depression is due to a “chemical imbalance in your brain,” which antidepressants are designed to correct, is NOT a scientifically backed statement
- Children born to women who took antidepressants during pregnancy were more likely to develop attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), according to new research
- Antibiotics are the most commonly prescribed drug class in the US, and antidepressants are the second; when you take antibiotics, it leads to an imbalance in gut flora that may impact your mental health

Safety Questions Loom Over Quorn Brand Meat Substitute
- Quorn is a fungus-based ferment used in food production as a meat substitute. It was originally developed by one of the largest chemical companies in Great Britain
- The fungus Fusarium venenatum is first grown in large fermentation vats. Once the water is removed, what is left is a paste-like biomass, which is then processed into various food products
- Since its launch in 1985, several studies have raised concerns about Quorn’s safety—especially in people with food and/or mold allergies
- Reported adverse effects from Quorn include nausea, cramps, diarrhea, forceful vomiting, and anaphylactic reactions
- While factory-farmed meats are best avoided, organically raised, grass-fed or pastured animal products provide valuable nutrients that have no equivalence in the plant kingdom

The Very Real Risks of Consuming Too Much Protein
- Most Americans consume three to five times more protein than they need, along with excessive starchy carbs and not enough healthy fats
- A more ideal protein intake is likely around one-half gram of protein per pound of lean body mass, which for most is 40 to 70 grams a day. Examples are given
- Excess dietary protein can lead to elevated blood sugar, weight gain, kidney stress, leaching of bone minerals, and stimulating cancer cells
- Restricting your protein to plant-only sources may create a sulfur deficiency and potentially accelerate age-related functional decline
- Protein quality is as important as quantity; consuming a wide variety of high–quality, grass-fed animal- and organic plant-based whole foods is the best approach
- Read more: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2014/09/03/too-much-protein.aspx?e_cid=20140903Z1_DNL_art_1&utm_source=dnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20140903Z1&et_cid=DM54964&et_rid=645852157
