Ingredients

• 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
• ⅓ cup raw honey or maple syrup
• ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 cup blueberries

Crust:

• 2 cups walnuts
• 10-12 medjool dates
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• Pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. To make the filling, place the cashews, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, lemon juice and blueberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. To make the crust, place the walnuts in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add the dates and salt and pulse until well combined. Add coconut oil and pulse once more.
3. To assemble, line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Firmly press the crust into the pan to create an even layer. Add the filling and spread evenly over the crust. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
4. To serve, cut the “cheesecake” into squares and serve with fresh berries, if desired. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 cup almonds
• ½ cup cacao powder
• ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
• 10-12 dates
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Caramel Topping:

• 3 tablespoons almond butter
• 1-2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. Place the walnuts and almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add the cacao and salt and pulse to combine. With the food processor running, add the dates, one at a time until they are all combined. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
2. Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and place the brownie mix in the pan. Press down to form an even layer.
3. To make the caramel topping, whisk together the ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle some of the caramel topping over the brownies and place the pan in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 16 ounces plain yogurt

Chia Jam:

• 1 cup fresh strawberry, hulled
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1-2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
• honey or maple syrup, to sweeten if desired

Pistachio Crisp:

• ¼ cup chopped pistachios
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• Pinch sea salt
• 2 teaspoons raw honey

Instructions

1. To make the chia jam, place the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds, orange juice and sweetener, if using. Blend to combine. Place in a glass jar in the refrigerator to allow the chia seeds to expand, at least 1 hour.
2. To make the pistachio crisp, Place a saute pan over medium heat. Add the pistachios, chia seeds and sesame seeds and toast lightly, 1-2 minutes. Drizzle the honey over the nuts and seeds and stir so they begin to form clumps. Take off the heat and let cool.
3. To serve, place 8 ounces of yogurt in a bowl and top with 1-2 tablespoons of chia jam and some of the pistachio crisp. Enjoy!

#2) Even according to the CDC, which is aggressively pushing false Zika fear, nearly all Zika infections are harmless, symptomless and require no hospitalization whatsoever

From the CDC's Zika page:

Most people infected with Zika virus won't even know they have the disease because they won't have symptoms... The illness is usually mild with symptoms lasting for several days to a week. People usually don't get sick enough to go to the hospital, and they very rarely die of Zika. For this reason, many people might not realize they have been infected... Once a person has been infected, he or she is likely to be protected from future infections.

In other words, Zika infections are no big deal, and nearly everyone self-immunizes against Zika even after they have been infected. So much for the urgent fear for a new vaccine, eh?

#3) The CDC fabricated the science linking Zika to microcephaly

By the way, the CDC is totally fabricating its claim that all cases of microcephaly are caused by Zika virus. This proclamation by the CDC was based on complete fiction, just like everything else the CDC claims about Bird Flu, Swine Flu and even the number of people who die from influenza each year (the CDC claims 35,000, but it's a completely fabricated number).

Remember, the CDC is a criminal organization tied to the financial interests of Big Pharma. It funds researchers like Poul Thorsen who had to flee the country and is now a fugitive from justice. The House of Representatives voted Tuesday to loosen already weak pesticide regulations in a purported effort to combat the spread of the Zika virus. The latest version of the bill is called the Zika Control Act.

They argue it will remove important protections instated by the Clean Water Act. If the legislation becomes law, pesticide applicators will be allowed to dump pesticides into bodies of water without a permit from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. They will not have to report the contamination, either.

Congresswoman Grace Napolitano (D-Calif.) said that adding more pesticides to water would threaten pregnant women – the same group the GOP claims to be protecting from Zika.

In other words, the Zika virus hype is a conspiracy to legalize the dumping of more toxic chemicals into the environment by powerful chemical companies.

#5) Zika virus hype was also invoked by Obama to funnel another $1.8 billion to the vaccine industry, claiming anyone who opposed the funding "opposed pregnant women"

Government 'health' agencies pumped lead into Washington D.C. residents' drinking water and covered it up for three years

If you thought the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency appeared seasoned in its efforts to obscure the lead poisoning that maimed thousands in Flint, Michigan, including scores of innocent children, you would be correct, as it wasn't the first the time the so-called "health" agency engaged in such a travesty.

Former EPA scientist David L. Lewis, PhD, understands this type of misconduct all too well; in fact, he coined his own term for it: "Institutional Scientific Misconduct," a practice "in which science has little to do with the seeking of truth and serving the public good, but rather, is conscripted to perpetuate the power/policies of institutions via conjuring pseudo-scientific illusions."

Dr. Lewis is a highly respected microbiologist turned whistleblower, who exposes scientific fraud within the highest echelons of the U.S. government, including his former employer, the EPA.

In his book Science for Sale, Lewis chronicles numerous instances in which government agencies, corporations and academic institutions pushed fraudulent "science" to support government and industry policies.

Institutional scientific misconduct

Not only is fraudulent science promoted as fact, but credible science is routinely suppressed. In addition, there is the "ethical misconduct against honest scientists who document the adverse effects of government policies and industry practices on public health and the environment," Lewis explains.

The following excerpt is from the book's foreword, written by Marc A. Edwards PhD.

Institutional scientific misconduct has gone largely unappreciated and unreported because its practitioners are often the very agencies we have empowered to police scientific integrity in one way or another.

And, at least superficially, they appear to lack a direct profit motive that would explain or cause scrutiny of their unethical actions. Many still mistakenly believe that such motives are a necessary inducement to incentivize scientific misconduct.

In my opinion, the abuses and dangers of institutional scientific misconduct far exceed those arising from misconduct in industrial science, as society has developed certain checks and balances to control industrial science abuses while still preserving its undeniable benefits to society.

The Washington D.C. lead in drinking water crisis

I personally witnessed institutional scientific misconduct during an event known in the press as "The Washington D.C. Lead in Drinking Water Crisis," during which government agencies first inadvertently triggered release of hazardous levels of lead from plumbing to drinking water in tens of thousands of homes in the nation's capital, and later criminally hid the health threat from the public for more than three years.

Unaware of the health hazard in their drinking water, parents were unable to protect their unborn fetuses, children or even themselves from the best known neurotoxin (lead).

Hired to develop an understanding of the problem by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and then acting to hold the public's interest paramount over my own self-interest or that of the agencies, my funding and access to data from experiments I designed were terminated.

After the dimensions of the hazard were exposed in an award winning Washington Post investigative report in early 2004, the agencies and their minions published a series of reports relying on false or non-existent data, which created an illusion that the unprecedented exposures and the agencies' criminal actions had not poisoned a single man, woman or child.

The fact that their results contradicted over two thousand years of human knowledge and experiences regarding health harm from elevated lead in drinking water, was neither deterrent or hurdle, in their exercise of power via abuse of science.

Rewarding bad behavior

The agencies then stood by and even encouraged the spread of their pseudo-scientific lies, harming children in other parts of the United States and the world. None of those responsible were held accountable, although a few were later inexplicably given "Gold Medals" and other honors for public service by the agencies.

It took more than six years of personal effort and a U.S. Congressional investigation to finally discover that the agencies' "data," which they purportedly relied on for their landmark conclusions and publications, had strangely disappeared if it ever existed in the first place.

Other dimensions of their falsification were also exposed. Yet, to this day, agency reports and publications for which data cannot be found, and with conclusions proven to be false by numerous investigations and some of the agencies' more recent research, have still not been retracted.

Falsifying data

The Centers for Disease Control even issued a new falsified report, which in an Orwellian fashion, brazenly claimed that their prior work had actually concluded that D.C. citizens had been poisoned by the years of high lead in water, but that the CDC had communicated their results poorly and had been misunderstood by readers!

Demands to retract the falsification of a falsification, which e-mails demonstrate was crafted at the highest levels of the CDC, were completely ignored.

I mention my own experiences because they are relatively well-documented, the information has been thoroughly vetted in the press and in Congress, and before living through it myself I would never have believed it possible.

Having grown up worshipping [sic] at the altar of science, I never even thought to question the motives of government agencies, the policemen that we pay to protect us, and who would seem to have no financial motive to behave unethically.

Battling the EPA

Indeed, when I first heard of David Lewis and his battles with the EPA in the 1990s, I was too busy establishing my own career to pay any attention, much less delve into the details and sort out the truth.

That is the reality of scientific whistleblowing.

Whistleblowers and heroic scientists, are always destined for singular journeys, because even our most supportive colleagues have little choice but to be bystanders and there is no higher authority in science that can serve as an impartial judge and jury.

As David found, sadly, a courtroom run by non-scientists is often the only recourse. It takes great courage, persistence and a supportive family to see matters through to a conclusion, as David did in his years as a "successful" EPA whistleblower.

Massive government study concludes cell phone radiation causes brain cancer

After decades of denials and attacks by the media which called people concerned about cell phone radiation "tin foil hat-wearing conspiracy theorists," a massive, multi-year study funded by the federal government now concludes that yes, cell phone radiation causes brain cancer.

The study is published here and it's entitled, "Report of Partial Findings from the National Toxicology Program Carcinogenesis Studies of Cell Phone Radiofrequency Radiation in Hsd: Sprague Dawley SD rats (Whole Body Exposures)."

"The findings, which chronicle an unprecedented number of rodents subjected to a lifetime of electromagnetic radiation, present some of the strongest evidence to date that such exposure is associated with the formation of rare cancers in at least two cell types in the brains and hearts of rats," reports Scientific American:

The researchers found that as the thousands of rats in the new study were exposed to greater intensities of RF radiation, more of them developed rare forms of brain and heart cancer that could not be easily explained away, exhibiting a direct dose-response relationship. Some of the rats had glioma -- a tumor of the glial cells in the brain -- or schwannoma of the heart. Furthering concern about the findings: In prior epidemiological studies of humans and cell phone exposure, both types of tumors have also cropped up as associations. In contrast, none of the control rats -- those not exposed to the radiation -- developed such tumors.

Consumer Reports also authored this story published on Yahoo Finance, which states, "The tumors found were gliomas (in the brain), and schwannomas (of the heart)." That same story goes on to report:

[T]he current study, which found the same types of tumors in rats that the earlier epidemiological research found in humans, was a controlled clinical trial; it was specifically designed to simulate the exposures of cell phone users, and all of the important parameters were tightly controlled and carefully monitored. Rats and mice were exposed to the same kinds of radiation used in cell phones, for roughly nine hours each day, spread over the course of the day.

Another government cover-up shattered

In other words, the cell phone industry can no longer claim it's "bad science." This is rigorous science, and it shows a clear, dose-related causative link between exposure to cell phone radiation and the development of brain and heart tumors.

For decades, the government has actively conspired with industry to downplay any evidence linking cell phones to cancer. We see this across the federal government, of course, with the EPA downplaying the risks of pesticides, the FDA downplaying the risks of pharmaceuticals, the CDC downplaying the risks of vaccines and the USDA downplaying the risks of genetically engineered crops. The entire federal government as it operates today is little more than the science propaganda and marketing arm of private industry. (Corporate-government collusion, by the way, is better known as economic Fascism.)

In all this, the role of the government-controlled media has long been to ridicule anyone who questions the official science propaganda on all these topics. Think cell phones cause cancer? You're a kook. Worried about fluoride in the tap water? You're a nut case. Concerned about mercury in vaccines? You're an anti-science quack, we're told.

Except that now the truth is being exposed on all these fronts. Now, even the government's own study shows that cell phone radiation causes cancerous tumors of the brain and heart. At the same time, independent science is increasingly exposing the harm of mercury in vaccines, GM crop chemicals like glyphosate, toxic pharmaceuticals and the mass fluoride poisoning of the water supply. On all these issues, Natural News has always been right! (... and the establishment has always been in denial of reality.)

The CDC, for its conspiratorial part, yanked warnings about cell phone radiation from its website. (It's the Ministry of Truth, you see, and preventing the public from learning the truth is always the CDC's No. 1 priority...)

As Consumer Reports says in its story:

The results of this large, long-term study could dramatically shift the national debate over cell phone safety. The NTP's website says that the results may be used by the Food and Drug Administration and the FTC in determining how best to protect consumers from the potential harms of radiation that comes from cell phones.

The CDC might also consider reinstating the cautions it pulled from its web site. (We've reached out to the agency for comment, and will update our story once we hear back from them).

Likewise, the cell phone industry may have to alter its stance. The wireless association trade group CTIA has maintained that cell phones are completely safe, and has fought to block San Francisco from passing laws that would require electronics retailers to notify consumers about the proper handling of cell phones.

CDC forced to reveal documents proving Thimerosal vaccine preservative causes autism

Factually speaking, the CDC is a malicious, criminally-run anti-science quackery front group for the vaccine industry. As part of its criminal activity, it has long insisted that the vaccine preservative thimerosal is not tied to autism. But once-secret documents, now forced to be revealed by the CDC, prove the agency knew that thimerosal causes autism but deliberately hid that evidence from the public in exactly the same way the EPA hid the truth about lead poisoning of the public water supply in Flint, Michigan.

"A vaccine industry watchdog has now obtained CDC documents that show statistically significant risks of autism associated with the vaccine preservative," reports Health Advice, which also reports:

Dr. Hooker, a PhD scientist, worked with two members of Congress to craft the letter to the CDC that recently resulted in his obtaining long-awaited data from the CDC, the significance of which is historic. According to Hooker, the data on over 400,000 infants born between 1991 and 1997, which was analyzed by CDC epidemiologist Thomas Verstraeten, MD, "proves unequivocally that in 2000, CDC officials were informed internally of the very high risk of autism, non-organic sleep disorder and speech disorder associated with Thimerosal exposure."

While the mainstream media -- largely funded by pharmaceutical corporations -- ridiculously continues to claim any link between autism and vaccines is a "conspiracy theory," the link actually turns out to be evidence-based FACT.

When the results of the Verstraeten study were first reported outside the CDC in 2005, there was no evidence that anyone but Dr. Verstraeten within the CDC had known of the very high 7.6-fold elevated relative risk of autism from exposure to Thimerosal during infancy. But now, clear evidence exists. A newly-acquired abstract from 1999 titled, "Increased risk of developmental neurologic impairment after high exposure to Thimerosal containing vaccine in first month of life" required the approval of top CDC officials prior to its presentation at the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) conference.

Thimerosal, which is 50% mercury by weight, was used in most childhood vaccines and in the RhoGAM shot for pregnant women prior to the early 2000s.The CDC maintains there is "no relationship between Thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism rates in children," even though the data from the CDC's own Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) database shows a very high risk. There are a number of public records to back this up, including this Congressional Record from May 1, 2003. The CDC's refusal to acknowledge thimerosal's risks is exemplified by a leaked statement from Dr. Marie McCormick, chair of the CDC/NIH-sponsored Immunization Safety Review at IOM. Regarding vaccination, she said in 2001, "…we are not ever going to come down that it [autism] is a true side effect…" Also of note, the former director of the CDC, which purchases $4 billion worth of vaccines annually, is now president of Merck's vaccine division.

Flu vaccines given to children found to contain over 50,000 ppb mercury

As you read all this, remember that I personally acquired and tested flu shots for mercury in my laboratory -- now called CWC Labs -- via ICP-MS instrumentation.

Those tests revealed that flu shots contain over 50,000 ppb mercury -- more than 25,000 times the EPA's mercury limit in drinking water.

Any person believing that injecting children with mercury has no biological consequences is either delusional or scientifically illiterate. Mercury is one of the most toxic elements known to modern science, and it causes neurological damage in all its forms (ethyl, methyl, organic, inorganic and elemental).

Thimerosal-Derived Ethylmercury in vaccines is now well established as a mitochondrial toxin in human brain cells.

There are dozens of scientific inquiries and studies on the adverse effects of thimerosal, including gastrointestinal abnormalities and immune system irregularities.

Thimerosal, is metabolized (converted) into the toxic and "harmful" methylmercury. And then in turn, the harmful methylmercury is metabolized (converted) into the most harmful, long-term-toxic, "inorganic" mercury that is retained in bodily tissue.

"Inorganic" mercury is the end product of mercury metabolism. Methylmercury subject groups confirm that the metabolic pathway for mercury in the human and animal body consists in the reduction/conversion of the harmful methylmercury into a more harmful "inorganic" mercury which is tissue-bound, and long-term-toxic. Hence, both the originating substance (methylmercury) and its conversion/reduction, inorganic mercury are found.

Based on published findings by Dr. Paul King, the metabolic pathway for organic mercury involves the conversion of Ethylmercury (Thimerosal) into "methylmercury" and then the further reduction of "methylmercury" into inorganic mercury.

The CDC knew all along that mercury-laced vaccines have been destroying the lives of children... and it did NOTHING to stop it!

The upshot of all this is that the CDC knowingly allowed the lives of countless children to be destroyed by deliberately covering up the links between mercury in vaccines and autism.

This is why I correctly describe the CDC as a "criminal organization." It is an active, modern-day medical mafia engaged in criminal-scale medical negligence and the mass maiming of innocent children. The CDC, in effect, is run by mass murderers pretending to be scientists.

It's part of a pattern of medical murder by government agencies, including the EPA (which covered up the horrific lead poisoning of black children in Flint), the FDA (which refuses to remove deadly prescription drugs from the market until huge numbers of people are already dead), the USDA (which openly conspires with Monsanto to poison our food with unsafe GMOs) and the CDC.

It also makes you wonder... what else is the federal government covering up that's killing, injuring or maiming children today?

CONFIRMED: Cancer is entirely a man-made disease

It may be hard to believe, but a recent study shows that cancer is 100 percent a man-made disease, and that it is caused by modern-day phenomena like pollution and dietary intake.

Researchers at the University of Manchester's KNH Centre for Biomedical Egyptology in England, reached that conclusion in 2010, after reviewing remains and literature from ancient Egypt and Greece, as well as earlier periods, a study that also included the first historical diagnosis of cancer in an Egyptian mummy.

The study, published at the time in the journal Nature Reviews Cancer, noted that researchers found only one occurrence of cancer while investigating hundreds of Egyptian mummies. In addition, they found very few references to the disease in period literature, which indicates that cancer cases were extremely rare during the period.

However, after the Industrial Revolution, cancer rates exploded, and in particular among children, which proves that the rise in cases is not exclusively tied to longer life.

"In industrialized societies, cancer is second only to cardiovascular disease as a cause of death. But in ancient times, it was extremely rare," said Prof. Rosalie David, of the Faculty of Life Sciences. "There is nothing in the natural environment that can cause cancer. So it has to be a man-made disease, down to pollution and changes to our diet and lifestyle.

"The important thing about our study is that it gives a historical perspective to this disease," she continued. "We can make very clear statements on the cancer rates in societies because we have a full overview. We have looked at millennia, not one hundred years, and have masses of data."

Modern industrialization

The research includes the first-ever histological diagnosis of cancer in an Egyptian mummy, which was made by Prof. Michael Zimmerman, a visiting scholar at the KNH Center, who is based at Villanova University near Philadelphia. He managed to diagnose rectal cancer in an unidentified mummy, an "ordinary" person who lived in the Dakhleh Oasis during the Ptolemaic period (200-400 AD).

"In an ancient society lacking surgical intervention, evidence of cancer should remain in all cases. The virtual absence of malignancies in mummies must be interpreted as indicating their rarity in antiquity, indicating that cancer causing factors are limited to societies affected by modern industrialization," Zimmerman said.

The research team examined mummified remains as well as literary documentation and evidence for ancient Egypt, but only literary evidence from ancient Greece, because there are no known human remains from this period. The team also looked at medical studies of animal and human remains from earlier periods, extending all the way back to the age of dinosaurs.

Short lifespans not a factor

Overall, evidence of cancer in early humans and animal fossils, as well as non-human primates, is extremely rare. There are only a few dozen examples in animal fossils, though these are mostly disputed. However, there has been a metastatic cancer discovery of unknown primary origin in an Edmontosaurus fossil, while a separate study lists several possible neoplasms – new and abnormal growths of tissue in some part of the body, especially as a characteristic of cancer – in fossil remains.

Some scientists and medical researchers have suggested that the rare incidence of cancer in antiquity was due in large part to short lifespans. While this statistical construct is accurate, humans in ancient Egypt did not develop other conditions that primarily affect young persons.

Another explanation for the lack of cancerous tumors in ancient times is that tumors possibly are not well-preserved. Zimmerman has performed some experimental studies indicating that mummification actually preserves the features of a malignancy and thus, tumors should actually be more well-preserved than normal tissues.

Still, though hundreds of mummies from around the world have been examined, there are still only two publications showing microscopic confirmation of cancer. Radiological exams of mummies from the Cairo Museum have also failed to show evidence of cancer.
